Carderock programmatically invests alongside institutional capital sources to acquire, reposition, and enhance shopping centers. We have a minimum purchase price of $10 million. We combine local leasing and management teams with in-house asset management to optimize property level cash flows. The principals invest in retail property development and repositionings, such as build-to-suit pad sites and unanchored strip centers.
RV & Mobile Home Parks
Through a network of family offices and institutional investors, Carderock is aggregating an RV & Mobile Home Park portfolio of properties with long term land value and immediate value-adds. Minimum purchase price is $10 million.
Hospitality
Carderock’s management team has extensive experience managing, developing, and acquiring hospitality properties in the Southeast. The company is actively looking to expand its hotel holdings throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Carderock targets value-add hospitality assets in markets with high barriers to entry and strong market fundamentals.
